I recently attended the Parcel Forum in Chicago this October and took the opportunity to ask many of the shippers and carriers present to share with me their concerns about uncertainty within the parcel climate as we approach peak season and a new year in 2016.

Mike holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee. Mike is married to Betsy and they have twin children, Thomas and Hayley. Mike and Betsy are passionate about volunteering and raising awareness and funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where their son was successfully treated for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
